MILLENIUM

Millenium is an aluminum tower, available in two standard models and a special S with self-locking hooks certified with european standards EN 1004. Steps and reinforced guard-rails. Constructed by spans of 2,10 m high and middle scaffold measuring 0,90 m in height, for a total maximum working height of 10,18 m. It can be used without fixing to the wall to a height
of 8.00 m job (s). When the total height is higher, it is required to anchor the scaffold to the wall every 4,00 m. It is constructed of tubular aluminum alloy (Ø 42 millimeters) anti-slip on the steps. Few components make the scaffold very easy to mount and transport. Mounts in minutes without the use of tools. Robust and anti-corrosive.

* For the height 8,28 m, european standard requires counterweight for an external use. For the height of 9,18 the european standard requires the fitting to the wall.

MODULES

Millenium 1,95 m (Module A):
Using only 12 components (32 kg) is lifted in a few minutes. The basic module measures 1,95 m, and is suitable for internal use (pass through standard doors 1,60×0,80 m) and allows a working time of 3,00 m.

 

Millenium 4,08 m (Modules A + B):
Adding module B which includes a wider base (1,70×1,30 m) and footers to work on the platform, making a total of only 24 parts (52,5 kg). Millenium tower can be erected to a height of 4,08 m (total height) and a working height of 5,00 m.

 

Millenium 6,18 m (Modules de A + B + C):
Adding the intermediate module C which includes an additional working platform, making a total of 41 parts (94,5 kg). The Millenium tower can be erected to a height of 6,18 m and 7,18 m working height.

EXTRAS

Millenium can be extended to a maximum height of 9,18 m. From the height of 6,18 m can join D module 0,90 m and an additional module of 2,10 m making 9,18 m. With a step distance of 30 cm allows the safe passage of the user for each work platform (in accordance with european standard EN 1004) without the use of stairways. The half module D can be mounted on any other module in order to reach an intermediate height.

MODULE A: 2 base modules (6 steps each) a base structure with self-locking hooks, 2 diagonal, 2 horizontal handrails, 4 castor wheels with brakes Ø 125 mm, a working platform with trapdoor.

 

MODULE B: 2 end modules (6 steps each), 2 diagonals, 2 horizontal handrails, 2 horizontal bars of the base, a set of skirting (for Millenium S) 4 large stabilizers.

 

MODULE C: intermediate modules (7 steps each), 2 diagonals, a work platform with trapdoor, assembly including footers, 2 diagonal handrails, 2 horizontal handrails (for work platform).

 

MÓDULO D: 2 intermediate modules (3 steps each).

 

MODULE 2C: intermediate modules (7 steps each), 2 diagonals, a work platform with trapdoor, assembly including footers, 2 diagonal handrails, 2 horizontal handrails (for work platform).
