Casttel is a quick-release aluminum scaffolding available with automatic locking hooks certified with european standards EN 1004. Steps and handrails are enhanced. It is composed by a base module (A) measuring
1,96 m, a module (B) measuring 1,50 m a module (C) and one intermediate module (D) of 2,10 m giving a total height of 7,00 m. It is made of tubular aluminum alloy (Ø 42 millimeters) with anti-slip steps. It’s made using few and light components and can be opened very quickly. It is also very easy to be transported and can be assembled in minutes without using any tools. Because is anti-corrosive, it is long lasting.

CASTTEL 1,96 m (Module A)
With only 2 components (tower and working platform) (A) the base of Casttel can be opened in a few seconds at a height of 1,96 m (pass through standard doorways 1,60×0,80 m), with a height working 2,96 m.

 

CASTTEL 3,50 m (Module A + B):
The addition of the final module (B) of 1,50 m for a total of 9 components Casttel can be mounted at a height of 3,50 m with a working height of 4,50 m.

 

CASTTEL 5,00 m (Module A + B + C)
The intermediate module (C) 1,50 m, includes a set of footers to the working platform and 4 stabilizers for a total of 23 components. The working height is 6,00 m.

 

CASTTEL 7,10 m (Module A + B + C + D)
With the module (D) Casttel can be extended to a maximum height of 7,10 m, then module C is possible build the module D from 2,10 m to a total height of 7,10 m (height work 8,10 m). Distance between step 30 cm to allow the safe passage of the user for each work platform (in accordance with european standard EN 1004) without the use of interior ladders.

MODULE D: 2 intermediate modules (7 steps each), 2 diagonal arms, 2 handrails, a working platform with trapdoor.
