Scaffolding especially suitable for intensive and daily use, professional model. Made of high strength aluminum, does not rust, giving it greater durability, maximum productivity and safety. This scaffold is mounted with a few pieces that are transported very easily and allows you to perform different configurations, standard or special, according to customer needs. Available in width: 0,74 m and with the lengths from 2,00 – 2,50 and 3,00 m.

4 rodas de 125 mm de diâmetro, 4 pés torneados de 400 mm, 4 estabilizadores segundo a altura do andaime, 2 travessões horizontais, 2 diagonais em cada módulo com os seus marcos, 1 módulo terminal, 1 plataforma de trabalho com tampa mais rodapés a cada 4 m. As composições fazem-se em altura com o maior número possível de marcos de 7 degraus. Os estabilizadores podem ser P, M ou G segundo as alturas do andaime.

• Available lengths: from 2,00 – 2,50 and 3,00 m;
• Capacity: 200 kg/m2 (including 2 people with utensils);
• Steps distance: 30 cm.

EQUIPMENT

EQUIPMENT

• 4 nylon wheels with double foot brake (wheel diameters available: 125, 150 and 200 mm)
• Regulators threaded legs to compensate for unevenness and obstacles (available measurements: 15, 40 and 70 cm);
• Boundaries heights from: 1,20 – 1,50 – 1,80 and 2,10 m;
• Aluminum platform with anti-slip structure on plywood platform, baseboards, and windscreen cover hook;
• Use/maintenance manual and certificate of conformity with EN 1004.

 

Optional automatic base: Folding base opening and fast closing by hinges. This allows for a convenient use to 4,00 m job. Using standard components for higher heights.

 

Access platforms must be done from inside the scaffolding taking advantage of the steps that are distant 30 cm from each other, without using the second interior ladder as indicates the european standard EN 1004. On request we can provide interior ladders.
