This scaffold is mounted with a few pieces that are transported very easily and allows you to perform different configurations, standard or special, according to customer needs.

4 wheels of 125 mm diameter, 4 tornadoes feet of 400 mm, 4 scaffold height stabilizers, 2 horizontal cross members, 2 diagonals on each module with its boundary, 1 terminal module, 1 work platform with cover plus footers at every 4 m. Compositions are made in height with as many 7 step boundaries as possible. The outriggers can be S, M or L depending on the scaffolding heights.

• Available lengths: from 2,00 – 2,50 and 3,00 m;
• Capacity: 200 kg/m2 (including 2 people with utensils);
• Steps distance: 30 cm.

EQUIPMENT

EQUIPMENT

• 4 nylon wheels with double foot brake (wheel diameters available: 125, 150 and 200 mm)
• Regulators threaded legs to compensate for unevenness and obstacles (available measurements: 15, 40 and 70 cm);
• Boundaries heights from: 1,20 – 1,50 – 1,80 and 2,10 m;
• Aluminum platform with anti-slip structure on plywood platform, footers, and windscreen cover hook;
• Use/maintenance manual and certificate of conformity with EN 1004.

 

Optional automatic base: Folding base opening and fast closing by hinges. This allows for a convenient use to 4,00 m job. Using standard components for higher heights.

 

Access platforms must be done from inside the scaffolding taking advantage of the steps that are distant 30 cm from each other, without using the second interior ladder as indicates the european standard EN 1004. On request we can provide interior ladders.
