Changes will be communicated as soon as practicable.<\/p><p>Jormax reserves the right to change its products or technical specifications without prior notice. Product dimensions may vary by +\/- 2 cm, and visual changes may occur. payment is not made by the agreed due date, default interest will accrue in accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 32\/2003 of 17 February, at the rate established by Ministerial Order No. 277\/2013 of 26 August.\n\nLate payment or non-payment of overdue invoices may result in the immediate suspension of deliveries for outstanding orders.\n\nPayments are only considered received once on which the customer\u2019s order is confirmed.<\/p><p>Jormax is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including machinery or vehicle breakdowns, national or international carrier delays, adverse weather, holidays and public holidays.<\/p><p>Jormax does not accept penalties for late delivery unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.<\/p><p>For products in stock, Jormax will deliver within three working days of receiving the order, subject to the requested delivery date.<\/p><p>For products not in stock, the delivery date requested by the customer may depend on our production schedule.
